As you may noticed, the Ticket System is now in your hosting control panel under 'support' group of links or icons.

The Knowledge base link <http://igosite.com/451/component/option,com_simplefaq/Itemid,58/ > will redirect you to the knowledge base located in our site itself, and this can access by all publics (customers or not), there are posted the most frequently asked questions.

The Ticke System, is only for customers obviously, since it has only access through the hosting control panel.

The Quick Support Forum is located here in this interface and all of the support team is beign notified of every single post made in the 'Quick Support' board. http://igosite.com/451/components/smf_forum/index.php/board,10.0.html

You are welcome! Is very important for us to keep you updated  ;)

I take the opportunity to explain about the difference of using the ticket system and the forum for support.

If we talk about speed on responses, there are not differencies at all, we will just respond in the order we receive your queries (ticket system and forum queries)

The only main difference is about the degree of privacy you think your query needs, in this case you would probably want to use the ticket system in your hosting account control panel.

Because remember that is always good to share your questions and answers with others, so they can take profit of them, and of course they will have fastest support just by making a search in the forums.
