What About Instant Activation?

We use to have 'Instant Activation' enabled, but for security reasons we have disabled this fonction and any account can take up to 3 hours to be created.

Why? - On year 2003, we've had thousands of automated signups made with scripts that gave access to the instant activation system and those accounts were created by not paying any signup cost.

So Instant Activation is not enabled forever? - Today, no company in the world have Instant Activation enabled and many of those companies also have been the target of theses activities.

Ok, but Why the account creation needs up to 3 hours? - This allow us to verify that signups and their respectives payments are properly completed through paypal.
