Do you keep backups of data for clients requesting a restore?

We backup every web server and database server in the HSphere cluster (for data) on a daily basis. There is no charge for this however, if you require a restore of any data, we charge $60 per site or database. Please keep in mind that these backups are strictly intended for restore in the event of a catastrophic failure. Each client is responsible for their own backups to a local, secure location. Additionally, we only maintain backups for the past 7 days from the current date, so any restore requests need to be expedited to us via the ticketing system.
