To enable/disable SpamAssassin and setup your prefs, you'll need to visit [http://mail.yourdomain.com]. Click on the "SpamAssassin" link and you'll be prompted for your username and password. This is just your mailbox username and password (Same that you use to POP/SMTP your mail).

Once in, if SA isn't enabled, you'll be presented with a link. Click the link to enable SpamAssassin and you will then see the Preferences menu. Here you can set your score, whitelists, languages, etc.

SpamAssassin will discard any email breaking the spam threshold barrier if you switch 'modes'. The top of the screen now has the option to disable SpamAssassin:

"SpamAssassin Mode: filter Click Here to Change mode to delete"

The "Click here" is a link that will switch your mode. "filter" mode is just like it is now, it tags the message and sends it through. "Delete" mode will drop the message if its SPAM. In delete mode, messages that pass the filter won't have any headers or SpamAssassin scores, but messages that are SPAM won't go through.
