On November 1st, 2005 we will be upgrading the control panel to H-Sphere version 2.4.3 patch 5. The maintenace window will start at 12:30AM EST (05:30 GMT) and be complete by 8:30AM EST (13:30 GMT). During the upgrade, the control panel will be inaccessible. This will fix some CP bugs and introduce new features. Only the control panel will be inaccessible during the upgrade. No user domains, mail services, or databases will be affected.

You can find a complete list of features and bug fixes here:
http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/versions/index.php?v=243&p=r

As has already been discussed, we will not be installing EasyApp.

SPF records will be available, but will be implemented differently on our systems due to our custom H-Sphere installation.

Just a quick note about 'EasyApp'
We will not installing the 'EAsyApp' because is still having some issues, ... we will plan to install it only when psoft will announce its stability.

Problems with easy app is it will install it supported apps ( http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation/admin/easyapp_list.html ) and it will update the installer but there would be no way for us to upgrade the installed apps. Also a lost of the apps in easy app have had a LOT of security holes in them over the past few months. So we think it would be best for us all to just leave it out at least until they come up with a upgrade option for apps.

All of those apps are free and can be installed. Its much better if users install these apps them self or pay someone to do it. This way they can upgrade it or have someone do it for them.

Thanks
