In our effort to provide with better services, 2 weeks ago we have been started a new increase of webspace in mb to every account (200mb to 500mb) depending on the plans, we have made some errors in the servers manipulation.
And as you have noticed, after those manipulations, last week we have experienced unexpected server crashes (up to 28 hours), those that holds and manage the scheduling systems resulting in suspension of accounts/websites.

We also noticed that our main website was down, so no immediate contact possible for many of you to have news about the progress of the issue.

We have lot of experience managing servers and its security, but we can say today, that we all have something to learn everyday! In the meantime, we are pretty sure that this will never happen again.
